Welcome to the day in the life of a library assistant! I chose a random day of my work week and showed you all that I did. I think this is a great way to prepare yourself for a job in libraries, or just to satisfy your curiosity! A bit about me: I have a Bachelor of Arts in History & English and Cultural Studies, and graduated with a Masters in Library and Information Science in 2016. I live in a competitive area for library jobs, so even though I am a qualified librarian, I currently work in an assistant role.
