Making a song with only the ART PRO VLA II Compressor

Hey everyone! Can't Afford To Record is back with another gear video, and today, we are taking a look at the loved A.R.T PRO VLA II. This outboard compressor has stood the test of time, and although it typically is a 'first' compressor for many (and me!) it gets a lot of love from many experienced studio users too. My take away moments using this compressor is definitely on the drums, wow! I felt it really brought out some great tone in the bass and getting to run a mix through it leaves you the with the sense of contentment of finishing something.
