Hi everyone! I'm Jo, and this is my cat Macchou 🐈✨ Today I'm making Cheese-Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Mini Meatloaf 🇺🇸🥓🧀 Day 39 of our world food tour — America! Yesterday while I was making American Chicken Meatloaf, @Natasha's Life-san told me to put cheese inside and wrap it with bacon — and to finish it with honey BBQ sauce 😊 I had a little leftover meat mixture, so today I'm making yesterday's meatloaf into this upgraded version! I also found pre-cooked vacuum-packed potatoes at my supermarket, so I'm adding those on the side too 🥔 Thank you so much for always joining my live streams and cooking with me 🐈🍳 I hope this video can be part of your relaxing time. And of course, Macchou will probably come to check it, as always 🐾🐈 ーーー こちらです！ Cheese-Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Mini Meatloaf 🇺🇸🥓🧀 Made with leftover chicken meatloaf mixture · Serves 1 🍽️ Ingredients 🍽️ 🥩 Chicken meatloaf mixture (leftover)　approx. 100g 🧀 Melting cheese　25–30g 🥓 Bacon　6 slices 🥔 Potato　1 (approx. 150g) 🫒 Olive oil　1 tsp 🧂 Salt & pepper　to taste 🌿 Parsley (optional) 🍯 Honey BBQ Sauce 🍅 Ketchup　1 tbsp 🫙 Worcestershire sauce　1 tsp 🍯 Honey　1 tsp 🫙 Soy sauce　1/2 tsp 🍎 Vinegar　1/2 tsp 🌶️ Black pepper　to taste ※ Mix all together in advance 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1️⃣ 🥩 Spread the leftover meat mixture on a piece of cling wrap. Place cheese in the center and roll into a log. 2️⃣ 🥓 Weave 6 bacon slices into a lattice pattern. Place the meatloaf in the center and wrap fully. 3️⃣ 🥔 Cut the pre-cooked potato into bite-size pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt & pepper. (If using raw potato, microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes first!) 4️⃣ 🔥 Place meatloaf in the air fryer with potatoes around it. Air fry at 170°C for 25 minutes. Brush with Honey BBQ Sauce halfway through. (Temperature is approximate 😊 I open the air fryer to check and brush sauce, so the total cooking time in the video is about 30 minutes!) 5️⃣ 🔥 Turn up the heat to 195°C for 5 minutes for a golden finish! ✨ 6️⃣ 🎉 Done when the bacon is golden and the sauce is glossy! Cut in half to reveal the melted cheese inside! 🧀🤤 💡 Recipe Note The quantities and steps in this recipe may be slightly different from what you see in the video.
