Today I invited two of my Mexican / American friends to try Peruvian food for the first time. They will share with you their honest opinions on flavors, presentation, ingredients and more. You will taste famous foods and drinks from Peru such as chicha morada, inca kola, salted noodles with lomo meat, stuffed potatoes, yellow pepper, aji de gallina, rice with seafood, fried squid, and Peruvian ceviche. We are in a peruvian restaurant in the united states, colorado. My friends are of Mexican descent and live in the United States. They will share their knowledge about Mexican foods and drinks such as jamaica, jarritos, aguachiles, Mexican ceviche, potato with chorizo and more.
