See Like You

Lyrics See Like You When Jesus saw the broken, He didn’t turn away from sin, He looked past every failure And saw the hurt within. When Jesus spoke to outcasts, No cold words of shame, He spoke straight to their spirits And called them by their name. When Jesus touched the leper, He didn’t fear their pain, He reached beyond the surface And made them whole again. When Jesus saw me standing, Lost in guilt and shame, He saw my deepest wounds And loved me just the same. Jesus, teach me to see like You see, To look past the sin and find the need. Teach me to speak like You spoke, Words of mercy, grace, and hope. Teach me to touch like You touched, With compassion that heals the heart, Let Your love move through me The way it moved through You from the start. When Jesus saw me broken, He didn’t leave me there, He spoke healing to my soul And lifted me with care. When Jesus reached and touched me, My spirit came alive, Reborn by living water, Made new in His eyes. Jesus, teach me to see like You see, To look past the sin and find the need. Teach me to speak like You spoke, Words of mercy, grace, and hope. Teach me to touch like You touched, With compassion that heals the heart, Let Your love move through me The way it moved through You from the start. Not just judgment, not just words, Not just hands that pass them by— Let my eyes be full of mercy, Let my heart reflect Your eyes. Open me, Lord, break me through, So the world can see You in all I do… Jesus, teach me to see like You… To really see the ones You died for. Teach me to speak like You… Healing to their souls. Teach me to touch like You touched… Bringing life, bringing rebirth, Let them meet You in me On this earth.
