Vision Boards vs Prayer Boards… Why I Stopped Making Vision Boards

In this first podcast episode, I’m sharing my personal journey and why I stopped creating vision boards and started making prayer boards instead. For a long time, I focused on writing goals and visualizing dreams, but I realized I was missing something important, putting God at the center of my plans. Prayer boards helped me shift my focus from simply manifesting desires to intentionally seeking God’s will for my life. The Bible reminds us that **faith without works is dead (James 2:17)**. Praying is powerful, but having a strategy and being intentional about your actions is also part of walking in faith. A prayer board is not just about asking God for things; it is about aligning your heart, your goals, and your actions with Him.
