Kefir Apple Pie Recipe. Dough: 1 cup kefir, 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 0.5 cups sunflower or soybean oil, 2 packets baking powder (10 g each), 2 packets vanilla sugar (10 g each), 2 cups flour (heaping). Filling: 3 large green apples. 1. Beat the eggs and sugar until lightly foamy. 2. Add 1 cup kefir. 3. Add the vegetable oil, baking powder, and vanilla sugar and beat until smooth. 4. Add the sifted flour and beat until the mixture reaches the consistency of thick sour cream and is lump-free. 5. For the filling, peel and core the apples and cut into small cubes. 6. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. 7. Place half the dough in the pan, add the filling, smooth it out, and cover with the other half of the dough. 8. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
