Winter squash make the perfect summer harvest for fall and winter cooking. When cured, their flesh becomes sweet, succulent and will last well into the darker months of the year. Easy to grow, a joy to harvest, and a bounty to enjoy. No till growing makes life easier in the garden while providing you with nutrient dense food. These winter squash were grown in beds without the need for tilling, deep cultivation, or fertilizer- rather a focus on feeding the soil life underneath the surface as they do all the heavy lifting for us.
