Blackpool: Beggars, Booze & Bigotry

Blackpool is still a mess, homelessness is worse than ever, alcoholics can be seen on every street corner and spice is still a huge problem here. its under huge investment, and rightly so. I’m back to take one more look at the seaside resort, before its massive changes.
