KEDIRI, KOMPAS.TV - Kediri Regency Office of the Public Works and Housing (DKPP) officers inspected a cow donated by the president in Kandat District, Kediri Regency. The inspection included examining the cow's physical condition and health. The Limousin cross cow belongs to Kamalul, a resident of Kandat District, Kediri Regency. The brown cow was selected as President Prabowo Subianto's sacrificial animal for Eid al-Adha 2026. The cow, which had been cared for for three years, was purchased by the president for Rp 108 million. Previously, the cow, named Bimo, had undergone a rigorous selection process by the president's envoy team. The owner admitted that he initially didn't expect one of his cows to be selected as the President of Indonesia's sacrificial animal.
