Renzetti Master Vise Review
It took me awhile to get to this review. The Renzetti Master vise is simply exceptional. So much so, that I used it to tie my flies for at least three months because I didn't want to move on to the next vise for review. You will find an incredibly solid vise in the Renzetti Master. It is adjustable in nearly any way might want, and each part is well thought out and constructed of the best materials. Even the base fits this description. It has a large footprint, is heavy to prevent the vise from moving around, and includes magnetized indentations to keep your hooks and beads in place. The rotation is liquid smooth and is quick and easy to adjust. From the jaws to the base and stem, this is a vise most who tie flies would be more than happy to have on their bench. It is a pricey vise - running between $900 to $1,200 - so I would only recommend it for those dedicated to the craft. In any event, I can't wait to return the vise to my bench after I finish a few more vise reviews.
