Model Railroading with Jack Burgess Yosemite Valley 330 Observation Car
#ModelRailroading #MRwithJB #JackBurgess #YV330 In this episode of Model Railroading with Jack Burgess, Jack talks about Yosemite Valley Railroad Observation Car No. 330. Jack showed off his HO Scale scratch-built 330 in his layout tour a few years ago. That model has a much deeper story to it, though! The real YV 330 still exists, and has been restored almost to its original condition by Wes and Claudia Swift, who purchased the car for one dollar, rescuing it from an unknown destiny... but most likely not a good one. This is a look at the unique relationship between the model, the prototype, and a story that weaves the history, the people, and the equipment together in a way that is truly unforgettable.
