I love it. :) I took a video and ate a third of it all by myself. It melts in the mouth :) -재료/Ingredients 식빵틀 크키 = 19.2cm x 10.2cm x 11.3cm = Pan size 강력분 300g Bread flour 인스턴트 드라이 이스트 4g Instant Dry Yeast 설탕 20g Sugar 소금 4g Salt 우유 200g Milk 실온 무염 버터 30g Room temperature Unsalted Butter -방법/How to 1.모두 섞은 가루류에 우유를 넣고 한덩어리로 반죽한다. 1. Add milk to all the dry ingredients mixture and knead the dough. 2.버터를 넣고 3단 속도로 15분 반죽한다. (손반죽 20분 이상) 2. Add butter and knead at 3 speed for 15 minutes. (Over 20 Minutes by hand.) 3.1차 발효 1시간 3. Let rise for an hour. 4.3등분으로 소분하여 중간발효 20분 4. Divide it into 3 and make it rest for 20 minutes. 5.성형후 팬닝하고 2차발효 50분 5. Roll it up, panning, and then let rise again for 50 minutes. 6.180℃ 로 예열된 오븐에 22분 (구움색이 날 때 까지) 6.Bake in the 360℉ preheated oven for 22 minutes.
