I Had 28 Jobs in 17 Years. Here’s the Weird Stuff I Learned
From age 14 to 31, I worked 28 different jobs: cafes, shoe stores, street fundraising, trampoline parks, refugee nonprofits, hotels, restaurants, snow shoveling, construction, coffee, breweries, ski hills, boats, real estate photography, and 3D scanning. Some of them were fun. Some were brutal. Some paid terribly. Some taught me skills I still use every day. This video is about the weird, useful, painful, and unexpected things I learned from trying so many different jobs, and why I don’t think changing jobs, starting over, or taking random work is something to be ashamed of. Every job gives you something: a skill, a story, a person, a lesson, or sometimes just proof that you can survive more than you thought.
