Utility changes are to take blood fiend for heal sustain, flesh golem for CC/ranged DPS, sand swell for orb catching, and signet of undeath for better life force generation. The damage is just ridiculous at the moment. Pre SotO the best I'd ever done on scourge pylon was around 20k full fight (albeit I never really tried during the time scourge benched 41k), post SotO within two pulls I'd broken 25k and even forgot to swap in my torch with sigil of strength.
