GEC Knife for under $100??? The Bull Buster

Finding quality knives made in the US for under $100 isn't as easy as it sounds, especially in today's market. Finding a new one from a company like Great Eastern Cutlery, is kinda rare, but thanks to the fine folks over at ‪@oldetownecutlery3190‬ , that is exactly what I got! Was there getting a Shun chef knife repaired and sharpened and while I was waiting, I saw this beauty in the case and didn't hesitate, I just grabbed it. Lets unpack and check it out, and compare it to some of the offerings from Case XX, Boker and Rough Ryder Reserve, as well as my two other GEC models... And we start with a mini rant about knuckleheads on the internet whining about anything made in China...
