Lost '71 Rolex Submariner, ref. 5513, cal. 1520. Cleaned, serviced.

This is one of the coolest and most valuable things I've ever found metal detecting. It was crusty, and I could barely see the Rolex written on the dial before I started laughing out of pure excitement. like it was one of those fake youtube videos of finding treasure. I just wanted to find one more thing that wasn't trash before the tide rolled in and boom, I dug up this sweet thing. The movement and case were fine, no rust, no damage from he water. but the dial got a little moisture damage, and when it dried out, the ink and lume flaked off. I did relume it a little, but it didn't want to stick, so while fighting that, I messed it up a lot. I do plan to send it off to be restored. Until then, I'll wear it and enjoy it as is.
