Rob Lipsett is Ireland's biggest fitness creator. Over a million followers, long-term brand deals worth more than a corporate salary, a Marbella villa that has gone up nearly 4x in value — and he built all of it from a phone, a ring light, and four hours sleep a night between 10pm and 2am.
