Forging a Left Handed Corkscrew
I was recently asked to make a left threaded corkscrew. I said i would give it a try. Material is a broken coil spring from a Mercedes Vito van. Like many techniques in blacksmithing, most have been tried and tested many times before. The design of the handle was actually inspired by a video from artist blacksmith Tobbe Malm. You can check out his truly inspiring work here: / bebeiron ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Soundtrack: Jason Shaw - Running Waters under a creative commons attribution license http://freemusicarchive.org/music/Jas...
