Our full-scale fatigue test rig has logged more than 63,000 simulated flights — from quick hops to long hauls — compressing decades of durability into months. Outfitted with hundreds of sensors, this testing demonstrates the 777-9 is built to last. ✈️ This fatigue test airframe will be cycled 120,000 complete flight cycles to ensure that we’re meeting rigorous safety and performance standards.
