Christmas Menu at Meadowsweet, Michelin Star New American in Brooklyn, NYC

On Dec 24th, 2021, I had my Christmas eve dinner at Meadowsweet, a Michelin one-star restaurant in Brooklyn, New York. We had a prix fixes menu for two people. The dishes were amazing, and each can be a highlight of its own. The main dishes exceeded my expectation so much that the dessert felt average in comparison but they are in fact quite good. But this particular meal speaking from my experience was absolutely fantastic. I hope they can regain their star soon.
