In the 1980s, Ti Lung reinvented his screen persona with a powerful turn in 'A Better Tomorrow' in 1986, directed by John Woo. Beyond the screen, Ti Lung remains a cultural icon, his enduring roles reflecting themes of honour, resilience, and transformation. This year, we celebrate Ti Lung’s remarkable legacy, honouring a career that not only helped shape the golden era of Hong Kong cinema but continues to inspire filmmakers and cinephiles across Asia and beyond.
