This is the second option for using a welding inverter. I left the welding function and, as an addition, added the induction furnace function. As in the first version    • ПЕРЕДЕЛКА СВАРОЧНОГО ИНВЕРТОРА в ИНДУКЦИОН...  , I replaced the constant resistor that goes to the ninth leg of the UC3846 chip with a variable one, which made it possible to change the frequency of the inverter in the aisles from 43 kHz to 83 kHz. In the external unit, I used 2000 hm brand ferrites for the transformer - 10 pcs. rings size 32x16x12. The primary winding of the transformer has 7 turns; the secondary winding simply passed a 10mm copper tube through the transformer. The total capacitance of the capacitors is 3.7 microfarads, the inductor tube is 10 mm, 6 turns, the winding diameter is 70 mm. The external unit will be further developed, so I will show and tell all the exact data on winding, capacitors and inductor in a separate video. While this is a working prototype :) This device can be used for induction hardening of steel, for induction melting of non-ferrous metals, and as an induction heater, where fast heating is needed.
