What you'll see in this video: Preparing the hub and positioning it in the stand's central support. Selecting and installing the Heavy Duty rear rim with a 28 mm tapered rim width. Preparing and inserting the spokes into the upper and lower holes of the hub, creating a correct spoke pattern. Attach the spokes to the rim, respecting the predefined pattern and alternating between drive and non-drive sides. Pre-tensioning with a low-power drill to bring the spoke tension to zero. Check the wheel's trueness and tension, with additional tensioning turns to reach the desired tension of 110 kg per spoke. Final check of the wheel's radiality and centering, using dial gauges to ensure everything is within quality standards. Check the wheel's camber to ensure its correct positioning in the frame. Final stress-testing to settle the components and prepare the wheel for use. This detailed process ensures that every assembled wheel is of high quality, ready to offer excellent and long-lasting performance.
