Sasquatch (Sasq'ets) Dance - Chehalis Sasquatch Dancers at John Green Tribute
Here is a beautiful and rare performance of a traditional First Nations dance about the Sasquatch - or Sasq'ets. The Sts'ailes (Chehalis) First Nations Band in the Upper Fraser River Valley of British Columbia have a family that runs the Sasquatch Tours and they also are available to hire as a performance troupe. The Sasquatch Summit - A Tribute to John Green took place in Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia on April 8 & 9, 2011. We honored John Green for a lifetime of research and dedication to this subject - Sasquatch/Bigfoot. It was an outstanding conference and tribute banquet attended by over 200 people. Speakers included Dr. Jeff Meldrum, Dr. John Bindernagel, Christopher L. Murphy, Loren Coleman, Thomas Steenburg with Bill Miller and Igor Burtsev. Special guests of honor included Bob Gimlin and Al Hodgson, legendary bigfoot figure from Willow Creek, California. We also were honored to have the family of the late Rene Dahinden present as well. Hope you enjoy this gem of a performance from the Sasquatch Summit, April 2011.
