Resident doctors have voted to accept a government pay deal that will bring an end to years of strike action. The agreement, backed by the British Medical Association (BMA), includes an average 6.6% pay rise and wider reforms to training and working conditions, with the highest-earning resident doctors expected to earn over £100,000.
