Routines I Abandoned (and Why I'm Bringing Them Back)

In this video, I’m sharing four routines I’m returning to for 2026, along with one new routine I’m beginning. Over time, some habits that once supported my faith, health, and well-being quietly fell away. As I’ve been decluttering my home, I’ve also been reflecting on what I want to intentionally bring back into my daily life—gently, prayerfully, and without pressure. In this season, I’m choosing to return to what supports hydration and care for my body, deeper study of God’s Word, gentle movement, and meaningful reading within Christian community. These routines aren’t about perfection, but about faithfulness and stewardship. If you’re in a season of simplifying, resetting, or returning to what matters most, I hope this video encourages you to begin again—one small step at a time. ✝️ “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3 Thank you for being here and walking this season with me. **Websites/People Mentioned: Simply Bible - Christian Women's Book Club (IG) 📝 Journal Prompts — Returning to What Matter What routine or habit from my past made me feel grounded, peaceful, or more connected to God—and why did I step away from it? When in my life did I feel most aligned with my values? What was I doing consistently during that time? What did letting go of certain routines teach me about myself—positively or gently as a warning? **Aging solo gracefully is my own channel. Words expressed are my own opinion.
