Check that the garlic is completely blended; if not, blend again for 1 minute 10 seconds/speed 7. It should have a paste-like consistency. Place the butterfly whisk on the blades. Close the lid and insert the measuring cup. Program for 4 minutes 20 seconds/speed 3 and slowly pour the reserved oil onto the lid without removing the measuring cup. The oil will trickle into the bowl. Using a spatula, scrape the aioli down the sides of the bowl and mix for 11 seconds on speed 2.5.
