Cemal Uğurtay, a geophysical engineer and İYİ Party Samsun Provincial Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Environmental Commission, shared photos of his work in the landslide area of ​​Balaç, Atakum. Uğurtay's photos show cracked roads and collapsed soil in the areas where multi-million dollar residences are rising. Unfortunately, in this region, where landslides are common, there are buildings rising in 20 and even 30 stories. Contractors continue to build high-rise buildings using bored piles in landslide-prone areas.
