A big day! We've already shown you a few videos from our trout farm. Today is finally the day: the brown trout have grown well and are fully able to swim and feed. Therefore, we are now releasing them into local waters. This is the culmination and reward of all our hard work! We can only hope that some of them make it. But see for yourself...
