The time has come to erect the roundwood A-frame structure of our Swiss Chalet. In the previous video, we showed how we prepared the treated eucalyptus for the Swiss Chalet beams, the angled cuts, and the assembly of the A-frame beams. After several failed attempts, we finally managed to get the roundwood A-frame beams upright. Initially, we used a manual hoist; however, due to the height and length of the treated eucalyptus beams, we couldn't achieve the perfect position using only the hoist. But as the saying goes, having friends is everything, and we gained reinforcement that was essential for completing this stage.
