Ah, yes, Paul Simon plays Incan flute music! The chords are very easy on this song, and we use the standard fingerpicking pattern of 4231, where the thumb alternates between the 4th and 3rd strings, and the index and middle fingers alternate between those thumb notes, hitting the 2nd and 1st strings. I demonstrate that in this video, and I’ve got other videos on the channel that cover the technique in more detail. NOTE: I realized after the fact that I’m tuned about a half step low.
