This 31-minute vinyasa yoga flow focuses on building strength and support through the lower back. It’s a great practice if you’re working towards deeper backbends, or if your lower back often feels weak, tired, or in need of a little extra care. We’ll move steadily through a strengthening sequence to support the back body, connect with the core, and create more stability through the spine. Practise regularly and you’ll start to notice the difference in how your back feels, both on and off the mat.
