OLD SCHOOL: THE WARRIOR
Dear Reader This story is about a bloke I ran across in Central Queensland. Jim Hair is one of the bush's gentlemen and a bush mechanic without par. His story is an example of a family business being built on one truck, Jim's R-Model Mack known as The Warrior. When finally the hard working engine saw its last sunset, Jim replaced it with a US Mack 500 hp tank engine, doing all the engineering to make it fit. This is Jim Hair's story, please enjoy. All the very best, Bruce (Honeywill).
