The Most Potent “Master” Ear Points - Acupressure + Ear Seeding [Real Person ASMR] ft.Tom 👂🧡 Join me as I review and demonstrate the the 10 "MASTER" Ear Points on Tom! 😇 These points are called "master" points because they have been found to be the most potent and effective ear points for autonomic nervous system regulation. This means they're all very good for promoting sleep and relaxation, reducing anxiety and alleviating pain. Master points tend to be "reactive" when probed on most patients, which points to their usefulness. Reactive (aka: tender/ashi) points in acupuncture are how we practitioners find the most potent/needed points for any particular patient.
