AATC Elaborations: The Wild Chipmunk we ALMOST got in ALVINNN!!! and The Chipmunks

Not much known production material has been made public from ALVINNN!!! and The Chipmunks. However, one of the few pieces that has depicts a "Wild Chipmunk". This means that at some point during development, Bagdasarian Productions considered introducing another chipmunk character besides the core cast. What were their plans? And why were they scrapped?
