Drain the water from the bottle gourd: Squeeze the grated bottle gourd with your hands to remove all the water. 2. Prepare the mixture: Add the bottle gourd to the gram flour, salt, a little red chili, and celery. 3. Fry the koftas: Make small balls and fry over medium heat until golden and crispy. 4. Make the gravy: Fry the cumin seeds, bay leaves, and onions in oil. Add the ginger-garlic paste and ground tomatoes. 5. Fry the spices: Add all the dry spices and cook until the oil separates. 6. Add water and boil: Add water as needed for the gravy and bring to a boil. 7. Add the koftas: Reduce the heat to low, add the fried koftas and cook for 5 minutes. Delicious bottle gourd koftas are ready! 😋🍲
