We set off from Villa Cura Brochero with a clear objective: to reach the mythical Laguna de Pocho. However, along the way, we encountered the impressive Taninga Tunnels, an incredible feat of engineering with breathtaking panoramic views. What will you see in this video? The complete journey along Provincial Route 15. Unique landscapes of the Pocho Volcanoes (Yerba Buena, Poca, and Ciénaga). The must-see stop at the Tunnel viewpoints. The reality of dirt roads: Why couldn't we reach the lagoon on the first attempt? Laguna de Pocho is private property; and so are the fields surrounding it. It's impossible to get there, and you have to get a complicated permit. But we tried. 📍 Useful Information for your trip: Starting point: Villa Cura Brochero. Distance to the lagoon: Approximately 54 km. Estimated time: 50 minutes via Provincial Route 15. Road conditions: The final 7 km are gravel/dirt road, requiring extreme caution.
