Soytekin, who brought up the allegation that delegates were given apartments from KİPTAŞ (Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's housing development company), stated that the apartments were sold for money and that he did not know the purpose of the sales. Adem Soytekin also contradicted his own confession.
