【旅動画】減量食弁当を作り、名鉄とJRで竹島水族館に行き、蒲郡でチートデイを堪能しました

We took a short trip with my two sons to Takeshima Aquarium in Gamagori City. When I go out on a day off while I'm trying to lose weight, I prepare the diet meals I'll be eating that day in the morning and pack them in a lunch box to take with me. We took the Meitetsu and JR trains to Gamagori Station and then walked to Takeshima Aquarium. After having a great time at Takeshima Aquarium, we enjoyed a cheat day at the Apita food court near Gamagori Station. It was a satisfying trip for all three of us: my eldest son, who loves Meitetsu, my second son, who loves aquariums, and myself, who is trying to lose weight (lol).
