Chicken and catnip help win over reluctant feral cat

june 2-6, 2026 This was actually a compilation over a few days. I had been using baked or roasted chicken to get Napkin to eat out of my hands and eat from lap, but she still wouldn't let me touch her, let alone pet her. then one day I planted some catnip in the garden, but the next day it was almost all gone. that day was the first time napkin let me pet her. she was super loving and affectionate towards me. unfortunately I didn't have a video of that day. I tried again the next few days, but she went back to not letting me touch her at all. then i caught her going to the spot where the catnip was and digging abs rolling around in it. so I planted some more. sure enough, the next day she was very affectionate and let me pet her again ❤️ she def got to see that pets are great
