Items that I used: Crowbar (Upgrade it for higher DMG) Monocle (It should be upgraded to remove the negative effect) Lion's Heart can be replaced with Butcher's knife (Penetration Effects) Tiger tusk necklace (Another Penetration Item) Anti-Pay to win (It depends on how many coins you have in the game for higher DMG) Loupes of weakness (75% Crit DMG) Vitality nagatama can be replaced with Skull ring (It depends on you) Mr. Glass (DMG increase when your health and armor are full) There are 2 item slots remaining it depends on you what item you want to use.
