BMW E36 Steering Rack Replacement (E46 Purple Tag Upgrade)

How to swap the steering rack in your E36 BMW, including flushing and bleeding the new rack. I am replacing the rack here with a "purple tag" steering rack from an E46 but the process is the same for a standard rack.
