Checking in on the progress at Chencharu Grove this July 2026! ​Located in the heart of the new Chencharu housing precinct in Yishun, this project is part of a major transformation in the north. Here is the latest on the development: ​Project Overview: ​Location: Bounded by Bah Soon Pah Road and Chencharu Link, conveniently located near Peiying Primary School. ​Scale: A standard BTO project featuring 6 residential blocks with heights ranging from 12 to 15 storeys. ​Highlights: Designed with a focus on lush greenery, residents will benefit from a tranquil environment while staying connected to the wider Yishun estate and Khatib MRT station. ​Target Completion: Estimated for the 1st Quarter of 2029. ​Quick Status (July 2026): Since its launch in October 2025, it’s been about 9 months of progress.
