Simple Bread Pudding

6-8 cups of bread 1 stick of butter 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups of sugar 3 cups of milk 1 cup of heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of nutmeg Mix sugar and eggs together Pour in milk and heavy whipping cream. Add butter, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour over bread and press bread down to cover absorb. Wait a 15 minute, add some raisins if desire ,butter baking d and pour bread into and add more raisins if desired. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 in oven. Sauce - 1/2 c heavy whipping cream 1/2 c sugar 1/2 brown sugar 1 tbsp of corn starch 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 stick butter Mix corn starch with sugars Heat, don’t boil and enjoy
