Add 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp tahini, and everything-but-the-bagel seasoning, then mix well. Meal 2: Put frozen cauliflower, chickpeas, and rice into a pot, and cook until hot. Add 3 tbsp nutritional yeast and 3 tbsp buffalo sauce; mix well. Top with a little sauce. I like 3 tbsp hummus, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast. Thinned out with a little water. Meal 3: Spinach or any salad mix you like. Fresh veggies. Cook 1 serving of pasta.
