Eastbound Left Lane is closed and it will not cycle and Southbound signal does not turn green or pedestrians can make the southbound green light . Northbound signal is covered ! The arrow does not show up sometimes and drivers can turn left without a green arrow if the light is red , drivers have to stop . There is a party going on and buses will have to detour . America 250 next week ! You can see the green and yellow balls covers in bags ! The signal on the right has a red light when it’s a green light drivers can turn right . Unlike the street Bellflower Blvd the light do not flash red .
