BJJ Coaches Who Award "Fake" Black Belts are Like Prostitutes

This situation with Derek Moneyberg and his BJJ black belt has been really interesting. Everyone tends to dislike the whole celebrity Black Belt thing, which is especially cohesive, given how split most people are in Jiu-Jitsu over a plethora of different topics, such as Gi vs. No-Gi and Sport vs. Street Self Defense. Even lots of the guys who trained with Derek have sort of implied that maybe he isn't of the best standard as he doesn't roll and comparing him to people that they might see as subpar. Like us folk from Kentucky. Several people told me I should be pointing the blame at the coaches and wonder why I didn't call them out in my initial post. I'll discuss this, a personal story about a Brown Belt who left and returned to the gym after he was convinced by a predatory Blue Belt to promote him and leave the gym, and how I personally look at these honorary, paid-for, Black belts. Hopefully, you enjoy this video. Thanks for watching. Chewy ----------------- Free Ebook: https://www.chewjitsutraining.com/foc...
