WHY I DECIDED TO LEAVE THE BWW EDUCATION SYSTEM AND THE AMWAY BUSINESS!

My name is Michelle Garabito and I am finally ready to share my truth. 2 months after releasing this video - I was told by the legal department in the Amway corporation to take it down. Stay tuned for a video explaining why. This is why many of you didn't see it up for the past few months. After much consideration, I have decided to also part ways with the Amway business as well. This video was taken in August of 2020 & as of February 2021, I am no longer an Amway IBO. Although I do believe in Network Marketing & will continue to have streams of income in the industry, I do not believe Amway is one to be a part of. The BWW system, is also one to be very aware of as the behaviors and leaderships skills of the system represent many cultish ways. Many of the issues I speak about here came from the "leadership" of BWW. Throughout the years, I achieved many high ranks in the Amway business and I do not regret my time there. After many nights of anger, frustration and pain, I am coming from a place of peace and humility to let go of something I dedicated 10+ years of my life. I have gained more now that I left than when I was involved. A lot of the gender inequality, narcissistic behaviors, cultish leadership, and threats I speak about in my video came from my sponsors and the "leaders" in the BWW education system. In this video, I share my story, my experience, why I left the BWW system, and how that decision saved my life! In the past year, I have received so many messages from women and men who have been through the same issues, listened to their cringy stories, listened to a podcast from other high rankers who also left BWW, and reconnected with many of them. As I shared a bit of my story with many of them, there was so much relief and freedom when I told them that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  & the stigma of not being successful in NM without an education system is a LIE!
