Today we'll be going through the steps on how to test and replace an Automatic Transmission Clutch Pressure Solenoid Valve; also known as the A/T Clutch Pressure Linear Valve. This valve controls the flow of transmission fluid via the PCM or Power Control Module. Common issues with a bad valve include delayed shifts, no downshifts and erratic shifting.
